Queenstown Pictorial
                                                  March 2009 By John Boom

This mining town situated at the bottom of a steep winding road from a mountain top is a great
a interesting spot to visit if you can get accommodation in a caravan park that is. After
travelling a large distance round continuous bends and hills just to get here only to find no
caravan park accommodation available we had to leave after making the pictorial.

We found the towns only tiny caravan park to be full with no where else to stay. Also most of
the interesting antique stores are all closed on Sundays.
It's such a shame that towns like this don't realise their full potential with the tourism industry.
People cant spend tourism dollars in closed stores and non available caravan parks.
